Established in 2024, HomeCare Chesterfield offers a bespoke service providing supported living and domiciliary care to adults under 65 with a learning disability and/or autism and physical needs. Whether someone requires a few hours of support each week, one-to-one care throughout the day or help accessing the community, our aim is always the same: to provide care that genuinely improves day to day life.

One of the things that makes HomeCare Chesterfield different is our close connection with Edmund Street Activity Centre. This gives individuals access to structured day services, activities and social interaction within a safe and supportive environment.
It also allows us to provide a more rounded support system that focuses not only on care, but also on wellbeing, confidence and quality of life. By combining personalised support with access to additional facilities and activities, we are able to provide care that goes beyond the basics.
